It Pays to Back-up
Wednesday, April 21st, 2010I find my old blog theme to be slow loading so last night, I decided to change its theme to a lightweight theme to optimize its loading speed. But when I opened the site, this error welcomed me:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 60525 bytes) in /home/masterb/public_html/seo/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 1152
I encountered the same problem some years back and honestly I forgot how to repair the problem, so I googled for any possible countermeasure. All fingers (or should I say results) are pointing to php.ini file that I need to edit and I can’t find any in my hosting space.
