Anticipating WordPress 2.7
Matt Mullenweg talked about the “State of the Word” at the WordPress WordCamp Philippines, it was all about the past, present and future state of the WordPress blogging engine. For the first time, he showed the interface of the upcoming WordPress version, the 2.7 version which will be available in November.
One noticeable about this upcoming version is it’s interface, it’s fully customizable and the main navigational tab was transferred was placed on the side.
WordPress 2.7 is still under development and testing, incidentally, a survey on Navigational Options is currently being conducted.
