The Department of Tourism has launched it’s newest program to encourage tourist to visit the country, the program is called Experience Philippines. The program primarily targeting on the Filipino-Americans to explore the beauty of the Philippines.
Many Pinoys living abroad has little information about their heritage, culture & what really the Philippines can offer. This program is a very good way of encouraging these young people & old alike to trace back their roots.
The department had tapped the talent of Filipino-American Christine Gambito, the very-talented woman behind Happyslip.com. Christine recently arrived in the Philippines to explore & experience the beauty of this paradise in the Far East called the Philippines.
Mid-way to the first month of the year for my human edited directory, it had Six (6) sign-ups, with a total Fifty-Nine (59) blogs submission. Last week, there were Five (5) blogs listed.
I was able to add categories for the newly registered blogs but sadly, I can’t find time adding categories to the previous sign-ups.
Although there are no official words from the World Pyro Olympics, the rumors (the schedule was posted on wikipedia) have it the the opening will be on February 16, 2008, that’s exactly one month from now.
This is a very much anticipated event especially for a photographer like me, I was there last year for three nights & enjoyed every moment of it, here are some of my photos.

Second Thursday of the year for my human edited directory, it had Five (5) sign-ups, with a total Fifty-Three (53) blogs submission. Last week, there were Seven (7) blogs listed.
I’m still busy with other commitments that’s why I start listing the previously added blogs to other categories. So many work yet so little time.
I’ve been a member of Entrecard for quite a while now. I would admit that I’ve seen new blogs & learned a lot of things when browsing the site, I’ve seen a collection of Filipino blogs listed on the program & a lot of useful informations.
But one of the nice finds was a blog entitled Everything, Everywhere, whew! He had visited quite a number of place in the world & one of those was my beloved country, The Philippines. It was a good experience reading his blog, he had been to beautiful places & had written quite a nice review not just of the places but of the people. He had been to several beautiful places like, Banaue (I’m Dying to see this place), Baguio, Vigan (which would be my next destination), Manila & Puerto Princesa in Palawan, it’s nice to see how a foreigner view this beautiful Paradise, the Philippines.
I was on assignment for a pre-nuptial shoot at Nasugbu, Batangas shoot last December 14, 2007, the scene was so marvelous.

Last night, I checked my current ranking on the Bayanihan SEO Contest for the keyword Paradise Philippines & here are the results for MSN, Google & Yahoo.
The best ranking that I got was at MSN, my Paradise Philippines official entry was on the 3rd page at rank no. 26.
